Bradford Hill
LCMHC, M.Ed
Greetings! I am Bradford Hill, a licensed mental health therapist based out of Raleigh, NC. As a lifelong North Carolinian, I take great pride in servicing the greater RDU area. The purpose of Soulfull Insights is to provide high quality mental health services in a format that supports client authenticity and safety. Therapy is a collaborative relationship that is built on trust, and the primary goal for me as your therapist is to establish the foundation of a organic relationship that promotes growth, insight, and acceptance.
I work with adults, college students, teenagers(16+), as well as current and former athletes.
I'm humbled and grateful for the opportunity to work alongside you.

From years of experience counseling in the RDU area across both higher education and the community setting, I consider myself a well rounded generalist therapist. The diversity of my counseling experience has afforded me the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients across multiple settings. These experiences lend to the belief that I'm capable of holding space for you as the client; regardless of the subject matter of that session. In addition to my areas of expertise listed, I recognize that sometimes even the mundane, day to day life situations also need space to be processed and examined - even if they do not fit into a “category” or check a box - and that is also welcomed into the counseling space. I encourage everyone I work with to bring in what's real for you.
I've worked professionally at NC State University over the past five years, spending most of my time in the University Counseling Center. Working in student affairs over this time, I've served students, staff, faculty and parents from a number of diverse roles(Staff Senate Representative 2018-2020, guest lecturer, keynote speaker, program developer/facilitator, etc.) with the sole intention of giving back and connecting from an authentic place. As an embedded clinician in the athletic department, I joined the Sports Psychology team at NC State in 2019 and thoroughly enjoy working with athletes and teams on all levels, in various sports.
